AVS manufactures door panels and frames for both Genesis and Fermator operators, and for 3A; Wittur doors and frames are bought in complete. The practical difference for an installer is the frame post size: a Genesis header takes a 90 mm post by default and a Fermator header takes 120 mm. That single dimension changes the door frame, the sill tray width and the GI clamp, so it must be fixed before manufacture rather than on site. A manual override to 50, 100 or 150 mm is normal where site conditions require it, and the post size is quoted explicitly rather than assumed.

700 × 2000 mm and 800 × 2000 mm clear opening are the standard centre-opening and telescopic sizes. Other widths and taller openings are built to drawing.

700, 800, 850 and 1000 mm DBG are standard; 800 mm is the most commonly ordered.
