Capacity

500+ cabins per month, with same-day dispatch on standard sizes and 24–72 hour turnaround on custom cabins and car slings after drawing approval.

What 'built to drawing' commits us to

A part built to an approved drawing carries a fits-from-drawing guarantee — if it does not fit the shaft it was drawn for, that is AVS's problem, not the installer's. This is why drawing approval is a step rather than a formality, and why frame post size, DBG and clear opening are fixed on the quote rather than assumed on site. A 90 mm post and a 120 mm post produce different door frames, different sill tray widths and different GI clamps; getting that wrong is discovered at installation, which is the most expensive place to discover it.
